Top Loading Tube furnace allows customer to interface furnace with Glove Box to minimize foot print. Crucible fixture automated to lower into Glove Box for easy loading of materials. System includes vacuum control via PLC and water cooled flanges and integrated chiller.

600C Vacuum Oven

Side loading vacuum oven designed with water cooled flanges. Designed as a through flow system allowing for staging of product prior to being entered into or out of Glove Box.

300C Mini Vacuum Oven

Side loading mini oven. Designed as a through flow system allowing for staging of product prior to being entered into or out of Glove Box.
