Oxygen and Moisture Analyzers

Oxygen and moisture in your glovebox can cause multiple problems. For example, moisture can lead to embrittlement in welding applications, while the presence of oxygen can lead to oxidation when packaging lithium batteries. To prevent such problems, you can equip your glovebox with oxygen and moisture analyzers.

Oxygen and moisture analyzers let you verify that your product is oxygen and moisture free. Oxygen and moisture analyzers from Innovative Technology can detect trace amounts of oxygen and moisture at sub-PPM levels. The analyzers are available in both on-board and off-board models. The off-board models allow you to retrofit an aftermarket glovebox.

The Innovative Technology oxygen analyzer is designed specifically for measuring trace oxygen in inert gases. Based on fuel cell technology, it can measure the presence of oxygen from 0-1000 PPM with an accuracy of +/- 1% and repeatability rate of 0.5%.

Innovative Technology offers a Digital Moisture Analyzer equipped with a ceramic technology moisture sensor. The moisture analyzer measures and monitors the absolute moisture content in gases with a range of 0 to 1000 parts per million by volume (PPMV).

The ceramic technology moisture sensor is manufactured from metalized ceramics using thin and thick film technologies. This produces a sensor that is virtually chemically inert with inherently fast response, high calibration stability, and high resilience to corrosive environments. The moisture analyzer measures moisture by monitoring the electrical response the sensor exhibits to variations in the partial pressure of water vapor of the monitored gas.
